Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks & Personal checks. We accept Money Order, Cashiers Checks, and Company Checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a Money Order or Cashiers check. For Personnal checks and Company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before order is processed. GMA Enterprises LLC cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Sales Tax Information: GMA Enterprises LLC, is not open to the public and is strictly wholesale and does charge sales tax on any order processed in the state of Connecticut. GMA Enterprises LLC does not charge any sales tax in the other 51 states, or out of the U.S.A Price & Quantity: A. Minimum order for Internet is $150 US Dollars. B. All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Los Angeles California. B. All merchandise is sold FOB (freight on board) our warehouse in Los Angeles California. C. All freight charges need to be paid by buyer. D. All freight charges to and from harbor need to be paid by buyer. E. All bank charges for L/C (letter of credit) inside and outside of USA needs to be paid by buyer. F. Cargo insurance needs to be paid by buyer. G. If there is any other charges involved will need to be paid by the buyer. H. All shipments before leaving our distribution center would be checked for damage or brokerage, however accidents happen in shipping, therefore at the time of receiving you should make claim through the shipping company and make sure the driver makes a note on the bill lading before he leaves. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will receive a 18% Restocking Fee. Returns: A. All returns must be pre approved by GMA Enterprises LLC. B. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid with-in 7 days. C. GMA Enterprises LLC is not responsible for lost returned shipment. Damages or Breakage: GMA Enterprises inspects each order to ensure goods are intact prior to shipping. GMA Enterprises is not responsible for damages or breakage especially "glass items" during shipping. If breakage occurs, contact the shipping entity for your claim.
